Greg is a highly skilled litigation associate with extensive experience working on construction, real estate, and business litigation matters. Greg has been an integral member in resolving several matters, consistently obtaining favorable outcomes for clients whether it be in the pre-litigation phase, at mediation, or in the courtroom.
Before joining Bernkopf, Greg spent over a decade at the Attorney General’s Office, including as an Assistant Attorney General, where he focused on white-collar healthcare fraud and gained extensive experience in both criminal and civil law. Greg uses his experience from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office to help individuals and businesses fight complex commercial disputes. He protects clients’ interests, both inside and outside the courtroom.
