Bernkopf is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The attorney will be instrumental in supporting the commercial real estate and transactions practice group in all stages of the process. This role requires an energetic professional with an understanding of purchases and sales, real estate financings, leasing, joint ventures, and related corporate matters. Candidates should be comfortable managing deals from letter of intent through closing and have strong due diligence experience, including reviewing title commitments and exceptions, surveys, zoning reports, and entity organizational and authority documents, and preparing related diligence summaries, closing checklists, and deliverables. The requirements for this role include 5-8 years of experience in commercial real estate practice. A minimum portable book of business of $100,000 is important, in addition to the ability to immediately assist with a strong existing workload and take ownership of significant transactions. The expected salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 annually, based on what we, reasonably and in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting.
