The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, team environment, and will possess excellent grammar and word processing skills, attention to detail, and a focused work style. Primary tasks include editing complex real estate documents, inputting billable time and skillful management of priorities and deadlines. Bernkopf Goodman LLP is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal, ideally with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including financing, conveyancing, leasing, zoning and title and survey matters, as well as various corporate matters. Candidates who have a strong residential real estate background, who are interested in commercial real estate practice, should also apply. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills and be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided.

Bernkopf Goodman LLP is inviting talented and experienced attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (including reviewing title, survey, zoning reports, and entity organizational documents, and drafting entity authority documents and loan opinion letters) to join its Commercial Real Estate Group. Experience with leasing, financing, environmental, permitting/development, and probate matters are also a plus. As a real estate attorney with Bernkopf, you will actively participate in a stimulating mix of work, representing owners, developers, and lenders.
