OVERVIEW

Jeannette Riendeau is a seasoned digital strategy, marketing, and communications professional specializing in the legal and financial sectors. With over 25 years of experience, Jeannette masterfully navigates the evolving landscape of digital and traditional marketing, creating award-winning strategies that yield tangible results.

Jeannette currently leads all of Bernkopf’s marketing activities. She collaborates closely with the firm’s leadership to develop and implement business development and marketing plans tailored to the firm and individual practice groups and attorneys. She focuses on maximizing client value through strategic, client-driven marketing opportunities, all while enhancing the firm’s visibility in key communities. Jeannette joined Bernkopf in 2014 and has been instrumental in its growth and market positioning for nearly a decade.

Recognized as an industry leader, Jeannette has been honored for her work in marketing and communications by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the National Legal Marketing Association, and New England Financial.

A proponent of data-driven marketing, Jeannette leverages platforms like WordPress, Google Analytics, and industry-specific CRM software to produce quantifiable results. Her strategies have increased web traffic, social engagement, and earned media exposure. She has also been instrumental in developing personal brands for attorneys, contributing to securing over 40 industry awards over the past decade.  She is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Audition, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, offering a well-rounded skill set for diverse marketing needs.

Beyond her professional life, Jeannette was an Adjunct Marketing Professor in the marketing department at Southern New Hampshire University for several years. A dedicated community member, Jeannette volunteers at a local middle school, where she helps students discover their storytelling skills and educates them on podcast production. An active member of the Legal Marketing Association and the Boston Chamber of Commerce, she is also a proud graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester program from the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Jeannette enjoys the great outdoors alongside her wonderful husband, daughter, and two Basenjis. From hiking to kayaking, paddle boarding to biking, she believes that a balanced life is the wellspring of creativity and productivity.
