OVERVIEW

Jim Peluso’s practice includes a broad array of real estate and tax matters including residential and commercial purchase and sales, financing, title examinations, issuance of title insurance policies, preparation of tax returns, and accounting. Jim also is a member of Bernkopf Goodman’s probate and estate group where he assists clients in the preparation of estate vehicles, including trusts and wills, and in probating estates.

He has significant experience with the corporate charitable and non-profit sectors, including the incorporation and formation of churches and schools, obtaining tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service, and effecting the dissolution of churches and other non-profits. Jim’s well-rounded legal background enables him to see the larger picture, thus helping clients avoid problems whenever possible.
