OVERVIEW

Associate Brooke Foster works closely with the firm’s partners in all aspects of commercial real estate and civil litigation. She regularly helps clients review and draft documents for real estate closings and assists with purchase and sale agreements. She also assists with research in various litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Brooke was a law clerk at a small Boston litigation, business, and real estate law firm. Brooke drafted complaints, interrogatories, discovery requests, and motions for several cases, including unfair and deceptive business practices under Ch.93A, wage disputes, and defaulted loan issues.

Brooke finished in the top three percent of her class in law school, where she served as the Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review.
